By accessing or using VistaFlow, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service. These terms apply to all users of the platform, including contractors, business owners, and team members.

2. Description of Service

VistaFlow is a business management platform designed for small contractors, providing tools for job management, client tracking, estimates, invoicing, and payment recording. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time with reasonable notice.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account. We cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

4. Subscription and Billing

VistaFlow is offered on a subscription basis. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. All fees are exclusive of taxes. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial periods.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use VistaFlow to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Transmit harmful, fraudulent, or misleading information
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use the service in any way that could damage or impair the platform

6. Intellectual Property

VistaFlow and its content, features, and functionality are owned by VistaFlow and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of all data you input into the platform. We claim no intellectual property rights over the material you provide.

7. Limitation of Liability

VistaFlow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, so some of the above may not apply.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately. We will retain your data for 30 days after termination to allow you to export it before deletion.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
